Bananas and Sweet potatoes - YUM!!!

Since she has been doing so good with her cereal this week, we decided to try something else. Sunday when I was doing some cooking for my client, I made some baby food for Sam. I did green beans, sweet potatoes and butternut squash. I have all of those in the freezer. I also got, Apples, pears, bananas and avocados, but haven't done anything with those just yet. We gave her a little banana on Sunday and again on Monday, but she did not seem to be a big fan. Good news is that there was no reaction. I did not give her anything but the cereal yesterday. today we tried sweet potatoes and bananas again. Can I just say WOW!! She loved the sweet potatoes, so I guess we will be trying sweet potatoes for the next few days. She ate them by them self and at dinner time we tried a little banana mixed with the cereal. She chowed on it as well. She is getting really good. She has started opening her mouth wide in anticipation of the next bite. It is so cute. Here are a few pics:

I have decided that she is just a little on the high maintenance side - not sure where she gets that from:). I had to take her back to the doctor yesterday for the rash that she has. he said I needed to take her to a dermatologist. He gave me the name of a pediatric dermatologist, but we have a friend that is one. Last night I called Carla - she is a dermatologist. She said that there are only 2 pediatric dermatologists in the metroplex and they have long waiting lists for appointments. she squezed us in this morning. She gave us another cream to try. Hopefully this one will clear it all up. At least we know it is not ring worm!!
