We had a pretty busy week this week. It was full of fun, fun and more fun. On Thursday, we went to Frisco for a playdate/reunion with the In His Time moms. In His Time is an infertility support group at Stonebriar. Over the last 2 years, I have had an opportunity to build a friendship and lasting bond with this group of ladies. This is just a picture of how good God is. We were all in this group together and now between 9 of us, I think there are 19 kids - 1 set of triplets, 4 sets of twins and several singles. It was really great to get to see all of the little blessing that God has given to each of us. We missed those that couldn't make it and hope to see them another time. I did not get a ton of pictures because my battery died. We tried our best to get a picture of all the kids together, but the ones that were mobile, really were not that interested. Those of us with just one, got a new appreciation for how wonderful life is:)Although I know those with multiples wouldn't have it anyother way!!
On Friday, Sam and I spent most of the day shopping with my friend Melinda. I haven't seen her all summer, so it was good to catch up with her.
Saturday we I had a Southern Living Home party and then we went to McKinney for Sophie's 3rd birthday party. Isn't Sam so cute in her party hat:))?
Sam has been a fan of her hand for a while, but mostly her 2 middle fingers. In the last 2 days she has really found her thumb - and knows that is what it is now. I have been trying to give her a bottle everyday to prepare her for my mom doing it next week. She keeps wanting to stick her thumb in to suck it while she is taking the bottle. I guess whatever works. She has also become very cognisant of Herculez this week. She loves to watch him and got quite tickled at him jumping for the ball. I wish I could have gotten it on tape. She also got to enjoy a Dr. Pepper Popsicle that daddy brought home. Todd had given her the Orange Crush one the other day, but I gave her a taste of the DP. She really liked it:)

I know, I'm a bad mom:)
