Mommy Time

Friday, I took Sam to Canton with a friend of mine. She did so good. We got out there around 9 and left at 3. She was an angel. Todd rigged a fan up to her car seat, so she would stay cool, and it worked quite nicely. I don't not think we will be going back until it cools off in the fall. There was a nice breeze, but it was still super hot!! I can't imagine going in July, Aug or Sept.

Saturday, Todd took her to an old co-workers, son's graduation party while I went and hung out with some girlfriends for a few hours. Amy really needed a break, from her new life as the mother of triplets. Plus the fact that they had been sick all week. I honestly, don't know how she does it. Plus she looks fabulous for having given birth to 3 babies, at the end of Jan.
She is the blonde next to me in the middle. We had a good time. We went to Martini Park in the Shops at Legacy. I found a new favorite drink. It was a coconut lime mojito. very light and refreshing. Fun place, but kind of expensive. The food is pretty good, but we only had appetizers.
Saturday evening, the Hollman's babysat Sam while went went to the Rough Riders game with the Browers. They invited us to join them and a few other couples. They have season tickets and it comes with all you can eat dinner:) You had a choice of hot dog, sausage, hamburger or chicken sandwich. Todd made himself a hamburger chicken sandwich. You could only get one thing at a time, so he did not feel like having to go back for more. He also got a few light bulb. You know Todd - anything free and he is there.

A few more pics of Sam to enjoy. While she hasn't been a big fan of her big swing, she is starting to like it more. We were worried it was a waste of money. you know this is the swing that does everything short of change their diaper:) But as you can see, it is starting to pay off. The best thing about it is the ability to take the seat off and put your infant carrier on it.
Daddy dressed me for church this morning
