Big Praise

We are official!! The planning and zoning commission approved our Special Use Permit at the meeting last night(with no opposition). They put it on the fast track for approval by the City Council. This means that it is fully approved. Once the landlord finishes his work (facade, utilities, flooring and roof), we will take possession and start our build out.(which should be sometime in June) We are hoping to be done and ready for business by August or September.
