4 weeks old

She is almost a month old. Just a few more days. I am kind of sad to see the little ticker move to the next month. I couldn't wait to see it move when I was pregnant, but now it kind of makes you sad. I can't say that I see a whole lot of changes in her just yet. Although i can tell that her newborn clothes are starting to get a little small. :( I will say it again, we are very blessed because she truly is an easy baby. Now that we have figured out the whole Dairy thing, she is pretty much happy unless she is hungry.

Since she had her 6 hour sleep, she has only made it about 4 to 5 hours. However, last 2 nights she has had an 8 hour stretch. Once again, if I had known that was coming, I would have gone to bed with her. I was still able to get 4 hours, which was really nice. We will see if she does it again tonight
She really seems to like her bath time, now that is actually in water and not a sponge bath. She is so happy while we bathe her. I think it also helps her to sleep better.

Saturday she hung out outside to help grandma and pops plant some flowers in our flower beds. This is the 3rd time my mom has come over to do this for me. What a wonderful blessing. Hopefully this time around it will be "yard of the month" worthy:) Grandma also planted a special rose bush for Sam. I noticed a few buds on it. hopefully it will bloom in the next week or so.

Thursday we are going over to FtW so Grandma and Pops can babysit while mommy and daddy go to dinner. We have coupon for Texas de Brazil that we did not get to use when my sister came over. So this will be our anniversary dinner. Since we are going to be over there, we are going to give the pictures another go. Since she never really went to sleep the first time, we only got a handful of really good ones. not that she is not cute awake, but baby pictures are just better when they are sleeping. Hopefully, she will cooperate. She will be a month old on Friday. While we are over there we are going to stay to help her Uncle David celebrate his b-day.

So many visitor. Her Aunt Tanya is also coming in town this weekend. We can't wait for her to meet Sam.
Here are a few pictures from this last week:
