3 Weeks Old

Sam is 3 weeks old today. Boy how time flies. She is such a blessing to us. Last night my neighbors had a "coming out" party for her. I was so mad I forgot to take my camera. She got some really cute goodies.

My favorite - her sunglasses:) She had lots of fun getting lots of love from all the ladies.

She also had a babysitter yesterday for a couple of hours while i got to go get a massage. - Thanks Vickie

It might have been a fluke, but she slept for 6 hours last night. We were very shocked, as she was crazy hungry all day yesterday. I think she has hit a little growth spurt. I feed her around 8 and she stayed awake until about 9:30 or so when we laid her down. She went right off to sleep with little to no crying and slept until 3:30. If I had known she would sleep that long, I would have gone to bed with her:)) The doctor said to start letting her go until she wakes up at night, so we did. We ended up going to bed about 11 and got a nice stretch of sleep. Maybe she will do it again tonight!! I think she likes being a social butterfly.

This is her new friend Holden Ingram. He was born last night.

I have some new picks of the nursery, but haven't put them up yet. I want to get everything finished before I add them. I need to get her name hung, my sister has to get me the dresser and we are waiting on the knobs. I have one other thing coming from Shannon. Then it will be complete. Hopefully that will come in the next few weeks.
