Life has been just a little hectic these days. Sam and I spend a lot of time at BounceU these days. i am trying to come up with a schedule that will allow us to have a little more of a normal life. Last weekend I cooked for 225 women and Sam got to spend some quality time with her cousins - Gary, Max and Chris. Chris was kind enough to watch Sam while I cooked on Fri and Sat.
Friday night was my sister's anniversary, so Sam and I went to stay with the kids while they went out. Afterwards she had her first sleepover. She spent the night with Andrea and the kids. We set the pack and play up in T's room and they had a slumber party. She also got quite attached to Ryan over the weekend.
She is still not walking on her own yet, but she can walk quite well if you just hold one hand. Her favorite thing to do is hold onto the back of her stroller and walk. Our walks take a little longer these days, but she is so cute following along behind. She has 4 teeth now and I think another on the way. She still loves taking a bath and has graduated to the big tub. Todd got her a mat to keep her from slipping because she crawls all over the tub. We decided it was time when she started climbing out of her duck tub. She still loves to read and her favorite book is her peek-a-boo Bible character book. She will pull it out of the basket and bring it over to you to read to her. It is so fun to watch her explore her own little world. Some of her toys seems brand new to her because now she is starting to really figure out what they do and how to make them work.
SHe has also started "brushing" her teeth. She loves to do it. I need to get some pictures of it. She is just too cute!!
One is just around the corner, so we are getting ready for party. No, it is not a BounceU. we spend enough time there for now. We are just doing it at home with friends and family.
