Today we visited the first place that has actually had some potential as our future business location. It is currently a cheer gym. Apparently, they are a little behind on their rent and the land lord wants to give them the boot. The other half of the building is vacant, and what our agent originally called about. However, the agent representing the owner thought the cheer side would be a better fit for us. We couldn't ask for a better facility. It may not look like much to everyone else, but the BU that makes all the money in Philly doesn't look like much either. We have ask our guy to submit a letter of intent to get the ball rolling. If the price is right, this could be it. Yeah!! What a blessing and answer to prayer. The sooner we can get started, the sooner we can get open. It would be great if all this could take place before the baby arrives!!!
